Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank. You are welcome to retry with a different payment method. We are unable to process or fulfill orders with failed payments.

Why We No Longer Accept Bank Deposit Payments

To better protect both our customers and our business, Atelier Amoi no longer accepts Bank Deposit (manual bank transfer) as a payment method. Here is why:

  • No payment guarantee: Bank Deposit orders are placed before payment is received, meaning we have no assurance that funds will ever arrive.
  • Production risk: As a print-on-demand store, we invest in producing every order upfront. Accepting unconfirmed payments puts us at financial risk if a customer fails to transfer funds.
  • No fraud protection: Unlike credit cards or PayPal, bank transfers offer no buyer or seller protection, making it easy for bad actors to exploit the system.
  • Delays and disputes: Manual transfers are slow, difficult to trace, and nearly impossible to recover if a customer does not follow through.
  • Your security matters: We want every transaction to be safe, transparent, and protected — for you and for us.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
